SEVEN YEARS IN THE LIFE OF JACK P. AND LUCIEN AND MATH SUBTRACTION HUNT

Jack made a timeline according to his age!  He's been to the Grand Canyon, Disney World, the beach, and visited with Santa many times!  He had to have surgery on both of his thumbs.  Ouch! His best buddy is Jackson from Miss Kelly's class next door.  Thanks for sharing Jack!

Lucien is an outdoors kid.  He learned to ski when he was only two and surf when he was four.  At four he also caught his first fish.  He has spent a lot of time (including his 1st birthday) in Mexico. Last year he had Miss Beth for Kindergarten. This year he visited the Aspen Art Museum.  

Today we split up into two math groups.  The first played subtraction dice games.  The second went on a subtraction scavenger hunt around the room.  It was a subtraction kind of day.  I even heard someone say "this math is so fun!!!"
